Delivery information

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Packing
All items are carefully packed according to the size & type, and I use recyclable and biodegradable materials as far as possible.

Prints larger than A4 are rolled and sent in postal tubes.
Prints A4 or smaller are sent flat, in board-backed envelopes, with additional board protection.
Greetings cards are also sent in board-backed envelopes (no plastic).

Delivery within the UK

Standard shipping is free for all UK orders.
Please note that to keep postage costs low, I use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery for standard free delivery.
​If you would like your order sooner, please select the 'express' option at checkout for a £2 surcharge, which upgrades to 1st class. 

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. I will let you know, if for any reason something happens and I cannot do this, and you can cancel for a refund in full, if the new dispatch date is not suitable.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order. Because of seller protection rules I can only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order and start again.
