Terms and Conditions

All our consumer sales on vickijordanart.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Returns policy

All sales from vickijordanart.com have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact me at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will then need to return the item(s) at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using tracking or shipping insurance.
I will not be liable if I do not receive your returned item. 

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can put things right. I will endeavour to either send out a replacement item or offer a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept returns for personalised or bespoke items, due to the nature of these items. 
In addition, I unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
