'Folk art birds' original limited edition linocut
'Folk Art Birds' is an original linocut print, design size approx 8"x6".
A varied limited edition of 40, signed and numbered by the artist.
Printed using Cranfield inks in pink & black, on Japanese Ho-Sho paper.
Available in: pink & black, yellow & green, or green & black.
This is my original design, hand-drawn onto a lino block which is then carved ready for printing. The plate is then inked up and each print is hand-pulled. This is a jigsaw print, which means that the plate is carefully cut into two sections that are inked up in different colours, and printed as one.
Due to the nature of the crafting & printing process, each print will be slightly different, with small variations in tone and colour.
Unframed / umounted - each print will be shipped flat (not rolled), carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper with a backboard (no plastic).
